Lockout?

Is it possible to get locked out for connecting /reconnecting too much?
one of my toons cant log on.. but all the other avatars on that account can?

If it is what I think it is....

You login and as soon as you select that PC to play you get booted. This is a known bug and is quickly fixable by Snaek. I've had it happen to one of my PCs three times. If you haven't already, send in an email request to have it fixed.
